Reservations for Oktoberfest

The Oktoberfest 2021 is taking place from 18th September to 3th October 2021. We start to process your reservation request upon January 2021. At this time, you will find an online form for reservation requests on this website. Requests can only be made via this specific online form.
Any other requests will not be considered.

  1. Place your request via the online form on this website. Available dates will be displayed . Processing can take up to 10 weeks. Denials/cancellations will not be sent separately.

  2. If your reservation request has been successful, you will receive an offer via e-mail containing an activation code. This offer will also include the possible choice of set menus.

  3. By end of May you will receive a confirmation via e-mail with the demand of payment. You will there find necessary information concerning the minimum consumption. The due payment has to be transferred within the mentioned period of time, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. There are no other payment methods than bank account transfer. Credit card is not possible.

  4. The shipping of your reservation documents will take place upon beginning of August within Germany and European countries. Guests from all other countries pick up their documents directly in the MARSTALL tent reservations office 30 minutes prior their reservation.

Information about the real munich people will be released in summer.


  1. When do I get the reservation documents?
    The reservation documents will be shipped upon beginning of August via express courier within Germany and European countries. Guests from all other countries pick up their documents directly in the MARSTALL tent reservations office at the main entrance.

  2. Cancellations are possible until when?
    Cancellations can be only made in written form. There will always be a cancellation fee.

  3.  How much is the reservation fee?
    Terms and conditions will be sent with the confirmation in May.

  4. What happened if I do not get any answer?
    If you do not get an answer by end of June, we have not been able to place your reservation request. Denials will not be sent separately.

  5. Do I have to choose a set menu or can I eat a-la-carte?
    A set menu is not obligatory, but it is easier for our Team as well as comfortable for your guests.

  6. What about the minimum consumption?
    The reservation fee is the minimum consumption per peson. You receive a voucher for the fee. On-site you will be served your set menu or your a-la-carte food and drinks. The total amount minus your voucher will be the total amount of the bill.

  7. Do I have to pay both - the fee and the set menu?
    No, you will only have to pay the fee. If you choose a set menu, you will be invoiced the amount of the set menu instead.

  8. When do I get the exact number of my table?
    Due to organizational reasons we can inform you about your exact table number on-site. Our hostesses will be glad to assist. 1 to 2 days prior your reservation you can contact the reservations office to get the information.
